A fun-packed evening supporting a charity event for Beechwood Cancer Care.
November was a busy month for us, it found us supporting a charity event at the Salutions Annual Winter Ball in Manchester’s Beautiful Midland Hotel. Twistedgifted created all of the advertising to promote the ball and built a showreel of the event afterwards – see below.
The very worthy charity of choice this time around was the North West’s Beechwood Cancer Care. With very moving speeches from some of the people who rely on the charity, it was still a fun-packed evening of entertainment and incredibly over £14k was raised for this excellent cause.
Darren Proctor, from Manchester radio station Key 103, did a sterling job as host & compere – keeping the momentum going through the austions. Then once the dinner and auctions were through, people were able to let their hair down and partied the night away. Unashamedly, some guests (Claire!), had some crazy photos done in the photobooth! We’ll not mention the ‘unusual’ head gear she was sporting! We suspect there may have been one or two sore heads the following day! We look forwards to the next event – they’re always a great night for a great cause!
